Chief Executive Officer, effective 18th February, 2025.
In his new role at KAMS Global, Mohammad will lead strategic initiatives focused on
localizing aviation expertise, advancing technological innovation, expanding local
aviation infrastructure, and driving market growth in aerospace and defence.
Mohammad brings deep regional expertise in aerospace and defence with a strong track
record in capability development, localization, and strategic execution. His career spans both
public and private sectors, where he has played key roles in advancing national defence
initiatives.
As Director of Air Domain at the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI), he was
instrumental in shaping its early development, driving strategic localization efforts to align
with Vision 2030’s goal of localizing 50% of military spending. He has been a key force in
enhancing local content, fostering industry partnerships, and leveraging government
incentives to strengthen industry and enable collaboration between local companies and
global OEMs, including Lockheed Martin, Airbus Helicopters, and Leonardo.
