Moaaz has over 20 years of experience in a multi-disciplinary commercial, financial, and legal environment. He brings extensive business development and stakeholder management skills as well as demonstrated expertise in operational planning, corporate finance, tax, legal and regulatory matters. He takes a creative, analytical approach to problem-solving demonstrating exceptional resource management and efficiency optimization skills to deliver against high financial, governance and performance targets.
Anwar is a highly skilled, visionary leader with over 30 years’ experience across strategic and tactical roles in international business management and contract negotiation. He has led large matrix teams in partnership with important regional and national stakeholders to deliver complex, multi-million-dollar business development, enhancement, and optimization projects primarily in the aviation industry. His expertise spans operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, and quality control underpinned by detailed knowledge of industry regulations and their applications (including GACAR, EASA, FAA, IOSA).
